One of the things we like best about what we do is filling our truck with a fantastic selection of instruments, cases, bows, and accessories and visiting you - our dealers. We get to do this about six times a year.  It is a wonderful experience and a great opportunity for you to get to know us, our company, and our products better. 

Having done this many times, I can tell you that these visits are always very productive. Many of our dealers contact us in advance of our trip asking us to be sure to bring that new Stefan Petrov viola so they can check it out, or maybe they haven't yet seen that new Nicolas Parola cello and want to make sure we have one on board when we visit. Some will schedule special events during our visit since we know our shops, materials and instruments very well and we always have over 100 violins with us, as well as, many violas, cellos, bows, cases, shoulder rests, and other accessories.

During these visits our dealers often express their appreciation for the opportunity to play through such a large number of quality instruments.  They frequently tell us how this is of great value to them. There is nothing quite like hand picking just the right instruments that are sure to delight their customers. Going through this process of playing the instruments in their shop, putting them through their paces and hand selecting the ones that really speak to them, builds confidence in those instruments that are selected. Many include their staff in this process. This way everyone involved has tremendous confidence that these instruments will not only delight their customers, but also sell quickly.

Of course, we get to see all the fantastic shops around the country and gain significant insight from the comments and questions we receive along the way.  All of which we take fully on board and use to continually improve our company, product offering, and services we provide.
